RisePush is a local-first push-up alarm app. This policy describes how RisePush handles data.
Summary
- RisePush does not require a visible account login. The app may create an anonymous app identity to operate app features and support future account recovery or entitlement features.
- Alarm schedules, mission targets, and mission completion history are stored locally on your device.
- Camera access is used only during push-up missions.
- RisePush processes camera frames on device during missions and does not upload photos, videos, camera frames, or pose landmarks.
- RisePush does not include advertising and does not track you across apps or websites.
- RisePush uses Firebase services for anonymous app identity, app stability diagnostics, and product usage analytics.
Information the app handles
Alarm and mission data
RisePush stores alarm times, repeat settings, push-up targets, and mission attempt state locally on your device. This data is used to schedule alarms, show your alarms, and determine whether a mission can be dismissed.
Camera data
RisePush asks for camera permission so it can detect body pose during the push-up mission. Camera frames are used for live on-device pose detection only. The app does not upload camera frames, videos, photos, or pose landmarks to a server.
Notifications and alarms
RisePush asks for notification permission so alarms can alert you. Alarm behavior can also depend on your device settings, notification settings, Focus mode, volume, and operating system limits.
Anonymous app identity
RisePush may create or reuse an anonymous Firebase app identity. This identity helps the app maintain a basic account foundation for app functionality, diagnostics, support, and possible future account recovery or entitlement features. The app does not require your name, email address, phone number, or profile photo to use the current alarm and mission experience.
Diagnostics and analytics
RisePush uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports, stack traces, device and operating system details, app version, and diagnostic information needed to improve stability.
RisePush uses Firebase Analytics to understand basic product usage, such as screen views and app interaction events. RisePush does not send camera frames, photos, videos, pose landmarks, or health data to Firebase Analytics.
Sound and vibration
RisePush uses local sound and vibration while a mission is active. These signals are generated on the device.
Data sharing
RisePush does not use an advertising network and does not sell personal information. Firebase services are operated by Google and are used for the app identity, diagnostics, and analytics purposes described above.
Feedback and support
If you send feedback or contact support, you choose what information to include. Useful feedback may include your device model, operating system version, alarm time, camera placement, counted reps, expected reps, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive photos or videos unless the developer specifically asks for them and you are comfortable sharing them.
Data retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete alarms, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Firebase identity, diagnostic, and analytics data is retained according to Firebase and Google retention settings for the project and deleted when it is no longer needed for app operation, support, diagnostics, analytics, or legal requirements. Feedback messages are retained as needed to respond to your request and improve RisePush.
Children's privacy
RisePush is not intended for children. The app is designed for users who can safely perform push-ups and understand alarm and fitness instructions.
Safety note
RisePush is not medical advice. Stop using the app if exercise causes pain, dizziness, or unsafe conditions.
